Mackenzie Sung DNFT Low force chiropractor acupuncture St Mark's Texas A&M Alumni holistic alternative health

ABOUT DR. MACKENZIE

Dr. Mackenzie Sung graduated from Parker University as a Doctor of Chiropractic and valedictorian of the Class of August 2019. He first gained interest in Directional Non-Force Technique through watching the improvements in his mother’s life/health. Her improvement led him to become a patient and find relief from his numerous sports injuries. Dr. Sung’s desire to incorporate DNFT chiropractic along with nutrition and exercise into comprehensive, patient-centered care is rooted in the way he has witnessed holistic medicine change his health and those around him. He has been using this technique with his patients since 2019.

Dr. Sung grew up in Dallas, TX, and graduated from St. Mark’s School of Texas in 2012. During his time at St. Mark’s, he played water polo and soccer and swam competitively. He went on to earn Second Team All-American honors for water polo. Upon graduating from St. Mark’s, Dr. Sung attended Texas A&M University in College Station and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2016. Dr. Sung served on leadership with the Asian-American InterVarsity fellowship while at Texas A&M. He also competed with the Texas A&M Water Polo Club and led as vice-president.

Outside of his time at the clinic, he loves spending time outdoors with his family, traveling internationally, and serving at Watermark Community Church. Most recently, Dr. Sung travelled to Shanghai and Taipei to improve his Mandarin Chinese. He is proud to be the only American born Chinese chiropractor who offers both DNFT and acupuncture in DFW.
